ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES / TOBACCO:
40 fluid ounces of wines and spirits are allowed. Any spirits in excess of this will be confiscated, but duty can be paid on excess wine. One half pound of tobacco or 50 cigars or 200 cigarettes are allowed per consignment.

DUTIES:
Goods must have been in use and possession of owner for over 6 months to be imported duty free. Must be imported within 3 months of owner’s arrival. Should not be resold or exchanged – a declaration of all the above must be signed by the importer. All shipments are examined be customs, which usually entails the posting of a bond to secure duty. Also a deposit is made to customs to cover overtime charge and arrangement must be transport the customer officer.

VEHICLES:
All motor vehicles are dutiable regardless of age or condition and only diplomats and other persons enjoying duty concessions are exempted. For all left hand drive vehicles, permission must be obtained from the licensing authority before they can be imported
